be44 Terms & Conditions

1. Definitions

In these Terms and Conditions, the following definitions apply unless the context requires otherwise:

• "be44", "we", "us", "our" refers to the be44 platform and its operating entity, accessible at https://be44.io.
• "Platform" means the be44 website, mobile-optimised interface, and all associated services offered at be44.io.
• "Player", "you", "your" means any natural person who accesses, registers on, or uses the Platform.
• "Account" means the registered player account created by you on the Platform.
• "Balance" means the total real-money funds held in your Account, excluding any bonus funds that have not yet met their wagering requirements.
• "Bonus Funds" means any promotional credits, free spin winnings, cashback credits, or other incentive amounts credited to your Account pursuant to a promotional offer.
• "KYC" means Know Your Customer — the identity and address verification process required by be44 before withdrawal of funds is permitted.
• "BDT" means Bangladeshi Taka, denoted by the ৳ symbol, which is the sole currency of operation on the Platform.
• "Wager" means any real-money or bonus-money bet placed on a casino game, live dealer table, sports market, or any other wagering product available on the Platform.
• "Prohibited Conduct" has the meaning given in Section 8 of these Terms.

2. Acceptance of Terms

By accessing the Platform, creating an Account, making a deposit, or placing a Wager, you unconditionally agree to be bound by these Terms and Conditions in their entirety, together with our Privacy Policy and Responsible Gaming Policy, both of which are incorporated herein by reference.

If you do not agree with any part of these Terms, you must immediately cease all use of the Platform and close your Account. Continued use of the Platform following any published amendment to these Terms constitutes your acceptance of the amended Terms.

be44 reserves the right to require you to affirmatively re-confirm your acceptance of these Terms at any time, including after any material amendment. Failure to confirm acceptance when requested may result in temporary suspension of your Account pending confirmation.

3. Eligibility

3.1 Age Requirement

The Platform is strictly restricted to individuals who are 21 years of age or older. By registering an Account, you represent and warrant that you are at least 21 years old. be44 takes its age verification obligations seriously and will request documentary evidence of age at any point during your relationship with the Platform.

3.2 Jurisdictional Compliance

It is your sole responsibility to ensure that accessing and using the Platform is lawful in the jurisdiction from which you are playing. be44 does not represent or warrant that use of the Platform is permitted in any specific jurisdiction outside of the Platform's intended market. If use of the Platform is restricted or prohibited in your jurisdiction, you must not create an Account or place any Wager.

3.3 Single Account Rule

Each player is permitted to hold exactly one Account on the Platform. The registration of multiple Accounts by a single individual — whether under the same name, a different name, or via a third-party proxy — constitutes a serious breach of these Terms and will result in immediate suspension of all associated Accounts and forfeiture of all associated balances pending investigation.

3.4 Excluded Persons

The following persons are not eligible to hold an Account or place Wagers on be44: (a) persons under 21 years of age; (b) persons who have voluntarily self-excluded via the Platform's self-exclusion facility; (c) employees, contractors, directors, or agents of be44 or its affiliated companies; (d) immediate family members of be44 employees where a conflict of interest exists.

4. Account Registration & Verification

4.1 Registration Information

When registering an Account, you must provide accurate, complete, and current information including your full legal name, date of birth, residential address, mobile number, and a valid email address. You agree to promptly update this information if it changes. Providing false registration information is a material breach of these Terms and grounds for immediate Account suspension.

4.2 KYC Verification

Before processing your first withdrawal request, be44 requires completion of KYC verification. You will be asked to provide one or more of the following: a government-issued national identity card (NID), passport, or driving licence; and proof of your current residential address issued within the preceding three months. be44 reserves the right to request additional documentation at any time.

4.3 Account Security

You are solely responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your login credentials. You must not share your username, password, or any two-factor authentication code with any other person. Any activity that occurs under your Account credentials is deemed to have been carried out by you. If you suspect unauthorised access to your Account, you must notify be44 support immediately at [email protected].

4.4 Account Currency

All Accounts on the Platform are denominated in Bangladeshi Taka (BDT). No currency conversion is applied at the be44 end. The exchange rate risk associated with any external bank or mobile wallet conversion is borne entirely by the player.

5. Deposits & Withdrawals

5.1 Supported Payment Methods

be44 currently supports the following payment channels for deposits and withdrawals: bKash, Nagad, Rocket (Dutch-Bangla Bank), Upay, Visa, Mastercard, BRAC Bank net banking, City Bank net banking, and Dutch-Bangla Bank net banking. be44 reserves the right to add or remove supported payment channels at any time without prior notice.

5.2 Minimum Deposit

The minimum deposit amount is ৳200 per transaction. There is no maximum deposit limit imposed by be44 at the platform level, however individual payment channels may impose their own transaction limits which are outside be44's control.

5.3 Withdrawal Processing

Withdrawal requests are processed within five minutes on average for KYC-verified accounts using mobile wallet channels (bKash, Nagad, Rocket, Upay). Bank card and net-banking withdrawals typically process within one to three business hours. be44 reserves the right to apply additional verification checks to any withdrawal request, which may extend processing times. A minimum withdrawal amount of ৳500 applies per transaction.

5.4 Withdrawal Conditions

Withdrawals are only available to players who have: (a) completed KYC verification to be44's satisfaction; (b) deposited using the same payment method to which the withdrawal is directed, unless be44 grants an exception in writing; and (c) met all applicable wagering requirements on any Bonus Funds included in the withdrawal calculation.

5.5 Anti-Money Laundering

be44 operates in compliance with applicable anti-money laundering standards. Deposits must originate from payment instruments held in your own name. Third-party funding is strictly prohibited. be44 reserves the right to freeze any Account and report suspicious transactions to the relevant authorities where legally required. You must not use the Platform for any money laundering, terrorist financing, or other financially illicit purpose.

6. Bonuses & Promotions

6.1 General Bonus Terms

All bonuses, free spins, cashback offers, and other promotional incentives offered by be44 are subject to the specific terms published with each individual offer, including wagering requirements, time limits, eligible games, minimum deposit thresholds, and maximum withdrawal caps on winnings derived from Bonus Funds. In the event of any conflict between the general bonus terms in this section and the specific offer terms, the specific offer terms shall prevail.

6.2 Wagering Requirements

Unless otherwise stated in the specific offer terms, all Bonus Funds must be wagered a minimum of thirty (30) times the combined deposit and bonus amount before any associated winnings may be withdrawn. Wagering on certain game categories (including but not limited to live dealer tables, sports betting accumulators, and certain high-RTP slots) may contribute at a reduced rate or may not contribute at all towards wagering requirements, as specified in each offer's terms.

6.3 Bonus Abuse

be44 does not permit systematic exploitation of bonus offers. Activities considered bonus abuse include but are not limited to: registering multiple accounts to claim the same offer more than once; placing low-risk, hedging wagers designed to meet wagering requirements without genuine gameplay risk; and using automated software to place qualifying wagers. Accounts found to have engaged in bonus abuse will have their Bonus Funds and associated winnings forfeited.

6.4 Right to Amend Promotions

be44 reserves the right to withdraw, amend, suspend, or terminate any promotional offer at any time without prior notice. Where a promotion is withdrawn while a player's wagering requirement is in progress, be44 will honour the wagering requirement at the terms that were in place when the bonus was credited, unless the withdrawal is necessitated by evidence of fraudulent or abusive activity.

7. Gameplay Rules

7.1 Game Integrity

All casino games available on the Platform use certified Random Number Generator (RNG) technology provided and independently audited by be44's game studio partners. Return-to-player (RTP) percentages are displayed in each game's information panel. be44 does not alter or influence game outcomes beyond what is determined by the RNG at the point of each game event.

7.2 Malfunctions

In the event of a game malfunction, technical fault, or software error that affects the outcome of a Wager, be44 reserves the right to void all affected Wagers and refund the staked amounts to the respective player Accounts. Winnings derived from a malfunction are not paid and any such amounts erroneously credited will be reclaimed. Malfunction voids all pays and plays.

7.3 Minimum and Maximum Wager Limits

Individual game minimum and maximum wager limits are displayed within each game interface. be44 reserves the right to apply account-level wager limits at its sole discretion, including in circumstances where a player's betting patterns raise reasonable concerns.

7.4 Sports Betting

All sports betting markets, including live in-play cricket markets for BPL, IPL, T20 World Cup, and Bangladesh Tigers fixtures, are subject to the specific sports betting rules published in the sportsbook section of the Platform. Bets placed after the relevant event has concluded — whether due to technical delay or otherwise — are void. be44 reserves the right to suspend any market at any time and to void bets placed on suspended markets where settlement would create an unfair outcome.

8. Prohibited Conduct

The following conduct is strictly prohibited on the Platform. be44 employs fraud detection technology and human review processes to identify violations. Any player found to have engaged in Prohibited Conduct will have their Account suspended immediately and all funds held pending investigation, with confirmed violations resulting in permanent closure and forfeiture of balances.

• Using automated software, bots, scripts, or artificial intelligence tools to place Wagers or interact with any part of the Platform.
• Colluding with other players to gain an unfair advantage in any game or market, including chip-dumping in poker.
• Exploiting software bugs, errors, or loopholes in the Platform. Any suspected bug must be reported to [email protected] immediately.
• Registering more than one Account, or registering on behalf of another person who is ineligible to hold an Account.
• Using the Platform for any money laundering, terrorist financing, fraud, or other criminally motivated purpose.
• Providing false identity information or fraudulent documentation during registration or KYC.
• Engaging in any conduct that disrupts the operation of the Platform or adversely affects the experience of other players.
• Accessing the Platform from a jurisdiction where doing so is illegal.

9. Intellectual Property

All content on the Platform — including but not limited to the be44 name, logo, design, software, graphics, text, game interfaces, and data — is the exclusive intellectual property of be44 or its licensors and is protected by applicable intellectual property laws. You are granted a limited, non-exclusive, non-transferable, revocable licence to access and use the Platform solely for personal, non-commercial entertainment purposes.

You must not reproduce, distribute, modify, create derivative works from, publicly display, or exploit any content from the Platform without be44's express prior written consent. Scraping, data-mining, or using automated tools to extract data from the Platform is strictly prohibited.

10. Limitation of Liability

To the fullest extent permitted by applicable law, be44 shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages arising out of or in connection with your use of the Platform, including but not limited to loss of profits, loss of data, loss of goodwill, or service interruption.

be44's total aggregate liability to any player for any claim arising under or in connection with these Terms shall not exceed the total amount deposited by that player in the twelve (12) calendar months immediately preceding the event giving rise to the claim.

be44 does not warrant that the Platform will be uninterrupted, error-free, or free from viruses or other harmful components. The Platform is provided on an "as is" and "as available" basis. Scheduled and unscheduled maintenance periods may result in temporary unavailability of the Platform or specific features thereof.

11. Privacy & Data Protection

be44 collects, stores, and processes your personal data in accordance with our Privacy Policy, which is available at be44.io/privacy-policy and is incorporated into these Terms by reference. By creating an Account, you consent to the collection and processing of your personal data as described in the Privacy Policy.

be44 uses 256-bit SSL encryption to protect all data transmitted between your device and the Platform. be44 does not sell, rent, or trade your personal data to unaffiliated third parties for their own marketing purposes. Data may be shared with payment processing partners, identity verification providers, and regulatory authorities as required by law or as necessary to deliver the Platform's services.

12. Account Termination & Closure

12.1 Closure by Player

You may request closure of your Account at any time by contacting be44 support at [email protected]. Upon receipt of a valid closure request, be44 will close your Account and return any remaining real-money Balance to you via your registered payment method, subject to completion of outstanding KYC requirements and any applicable wagering requirements on Bonus Funds.

12.2 Closure by be44

be44 reserves the right to suspend or permanently close any Account at any time, with or without prior notice, in the following circumstances: (a) breach of any provision of these Terms; (b) detection of Prohibited Conduct; (c) failure to complete KYC verification within a reasonable period; (d) Account inactivity exceeding twelve (12) consecutive months; (e) at be44's sole discretion where it determines closure is necessary to protect the integrity of the Platform or the interests of other players.

12.3 Inactive Accounts

An Account is considered inactive if no login or Wager has been recorded for a period of twelve (12) consecutive months. be44 will notify you via your registered email address before applying any inactivity measures. Following notification, if no login is recorded within thirty (30) days, be44 may deduct an inactivity administration fee from the Account Balance, as published in the Platform's fee schedule.

13. Disputes & Complaints

If you have a complaint or dispute relating to your Account, a game outcome, a bonus, or any other aspect of the Platform, you must contact be44 support in the first instance at [email protected]. Please include your registered username, a description of the issue, and any supporting evidence. be44 will acknowledge your complaint within 48 hours and aim to resolve it within 14 business days.

In the event of a dispute regarding the outcome of a specific game round, be44's server logs and game provider records shall constitute the definitive and binding record of the game event. These records take precedence over any screenshot, video, or other evidence presented by the player.

If you are not satisfied with be44's resolution of your complaint, you may escalate the matter in accordance with the applicable dispute resolution procedures published on the Platform. be44 is committed to resolving all player disputes fairly and in good faith.

14. Amendments to These Terms

be44 reserves the right to amend these Terms and Conditions at any time. Where amendments are material, be44 will provide reasonable notice via the Platform or via the email address registered to your Account. The updated Terms will specify the date from which they take effect. Your continued use of the Platform after the effective date of any amendment constitutes your acceptance of the revised Terms.

It is your responsibility to review these Terms periodically. The most current version is always available at be44.io/terms-conditions. If any amendment is unacceptable to you, your sole remedy is to cease use of the Platform and close your Account in accordance with Section 12.1.

15. Governing Law & Severability

These Terms and Conditions, and any non-contractual obligations arising out of or in connection with them, shall be construed and interpreted in accordance with the principles of fair dealing and good faith applicable in the jurisdiction in which be44 operates. Any provision of these Terms found to be unlawful, void, or for any reason unenforceable shall be deemed severable from these Terms and shall not affect the validity and enforceability of the remaining provisions.

The invalidity or unenforceability of any provision of these Terms in any jurisdiction shall not affect the validity or enforceability of that provision in any other jurisdiction, or of any other provision of these Terms in any jurisdiction.
